The Comcast Arena is a 10,000 seat venue that opened in downtown Everett in 2003. The arena hosts a variety of large concerts and performances, drawing in big names such as Justin Bieber, Cirque du Soleil, Disney on Ice, Sesame Street Live, Blue Man Group, Martina McBride, Santana, Rod Stewart, Bette Midler and American Idol and more.

It is also home to the Everett Silver Tips hockey team and the Washington Stealth Lacrosse team.

The arena is 1.5 miles and only 5 minutes from the INN at Port Gardner.
